Go Lily Go! Go Lily Go!

On Sunday we went to a football party with the kickball team. The highlight - for me anyway - was watching Lily take her first crawls forward! It was so exciting! The girls and I were all cheering her on. Here is a video from tonight:)

She is a mover

She is always on the go. She can't crawl forward yet, but she can scoot back and roll to where she wants to be. Lily is so much fun! We just love her!

Finally I was able to get a shot of her two beautiful teeth:)

Thank you so much Mom & Dad for the fun night out. My mom declared it "Celebrate Mickey Day" today. She came over, picked up Lily (gave her some new Wild gear) and surprised us with a date night to watch the Wild game. It was such a great day. We even got some good raking time in:) Thanks! You are the best!

Weekend Update Cont.

Saturday - Mickey, Lily & I went down to the Zwebers for a visit. Lily LOVES being with the girls:) Zoe Montana enjoyed dressing up and giving us dance shows.

Later we made our way down to my parents. Mom was out of town, so we hung out with Dad & Dan. We ended up sleeping over and going out for breakfast in the morning. It was a great night.

Friday night Nicole hosted a girls night. It was a Blast!!!!
We enjoyed a few cocktails, great food, games, some face dancing and a ton of laughs!

Friday Fun

Lily rarely wakes up crying from a nap, but she did on Friday. She would not settle down when I was holding her. Turns out - she cut her first 2 teeth!!! Bottom, Middle.

Weekend Update

Saturday I spent the day shopping with my mom & sister. We had a great day full of shopping, laughs and dip:)

Sunday - Mickey and I hung out at home playing with our Lil. In the afternoon we went to Bremer for an open house. We saw where Mickey sits and got a tour around the place. It is a beautiful office. After Lily went to bed, I met up with Rachel for dinner. It was nice to catch up with her:)

Halloween Fun!

We had a wonderful Halloween!
It was a busy & FUN day for Lily and I.

The day started with a Maroon & Gold Friday at work. It was a staff get together hosted by our department. I think it was a hit. Lots of fun. Crazy Hat and Best Maroon & Gold contest.

We went down to my mom's office for a visit. We spent some time at Kate's with the girls. Zoe made me SPOOKY Water (water with spiders:) She was Sleeping Beauty and Ellie was a pink poodle.

Then Kate & I brought the girls to my dad's work. TK goes all out to Halloween. We went trick or treating cubicle style. It was fun to watch Ellie figure out what it was all about. They had games, treats, movie playing...it was a great set up. Can't wait until next year when Lily can get candy too:)

Time to pick up the Pussie Cat Doll a.k.a my brother Dan! hahaaaa.... Sorry buddy, but you are not a pretty woman! hahah! He cracks me up. He always goes all out. Down to the home made high heels. (He had chunks of wood bolted in to the bottom of his flip flops!) Oh my...hahah...

Dan and I played Yahtzee for a while and then the fun began.
We had 189 kids come to the door. We had to shut the lights off at 8:19 because we ran out of candy. We usually have a lot of kids, but this is the largest number yet! Dan & I love handing out the candy and he loves messing with the kiddo's. It was a great night!
