3 Months

Lily - we can't believe you are 3 months old already. You have grown so much! You can hold your head up so nicely. You have a beautiful smile. We love to hear you talk and watch you kick. Just this week you have shown us how you can take your nuk out of you mouth and put it back. You are a special, special girl and we love you so much!

4th of July

We went down to the Kroyer Cabin to celebrate the 4th of July. As always it was a great time - Hanging out with the family, washer tourney, watching fireworks, great food, staying up all night catching up with my cousins, swimming...I could go on & on...
Thanks Barb & Jerry - we love coming down! Can't wait until the next time:)

Oops I did it again!

So to anyone who knows me well, knows that I fall…a lot! Well this morning I had another random spill. Adam, Crystal and I were walking back from Starbucks and Boom – I was on all fours! Haha – It just came out of no where! My wallet and coffee went flying. There was coffee in my hair, I have a skinned up shin, knee & elbow. I juts noticed that I have a few small rocks stuck in my leg. I think I should go clean up now.

Adam’s favorite past times is to laugh his butt off if he ever witnesses a fall (mean – mean – I know,) well I must be a true friend – because he asked if I was ok and helped me up before it began. The laughing then didn’t stop and I am sure I will be hearing it over the cube walls today! Haha! Looks like I am back to my old self again or the new shoes I have on are not working properly! Haha!

*here is a picture - but really it doesn't do the justice (you can't even see the blood & scrapes.) I am sure it will be black and blue by the end of the day. If it does I'll be sure to post again:) haha!

Back to work

Back to work now. Yesterday was my first day back. I did leave the house in tears and shed some on the way in, but once I got in things seemed to be better. A group took me to Starbucks in the morning and another group went for lunch. I was also very distracted from thinking about everything by catching up on everything. The day actually went by really fast. I am lucky to have such great co-workers.

I zoomed out the door right at 3:30 to pick up my Lil nugget. She was sleeping when I got there, but I was still so happy to see here. I think they had a nice day. I guess Lily was very happy and smiled a lot in the morning. She also enjoyed her play mat and tuckered herself out from kicking so much and took a 2 hour nap in the afternoon. That is GREAT, she is normally such a cat napper. That Nanny Pat sure knows what she is doing. (She even made Mickey and I a wonder rhubarb desert yesterday! It was GREAT!)
